Claudio has over 25 years of extensive management and business experience in international markets and payment systems. A committed executive with strong multi-disciplinary skills, recognised internationally by the major players in payment system infrastructure strategy — including the World Bank, SWIFT, governments, the IMF/AMF and the IT industry. He holds a degree in Electronic Engineering from the Polytechnic of Milan and an MBA from the Bologna Business School. To date, Claudio has worked with over 50 central banks and market infrastructures, and has personally contributed to the transformation of payment system strategies for more than 20 central banks. Since 2023, he has served as a Senior Payment Consultant for the World Bank's Payment Systems Development Group.

Elize has over 20 years of managerial, software development, quality assurance and payment systems implementation experience, spanning a deep business understanding of payment system market infrastructures through to central bank customer relationship management. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Information Systems and Economics from UNISA (South Africa), a Diploma in Datametrics from UNISA, and a Master's in Business Leadership from UNISA. Elize has accumulated a wealth of knowledge enabling her to assist central institutions with business, technical, solution architecture and integration advice, and has served as a Senior Payment Consultant for the World Bank's Payment Systems Development Group since 2023.

Camilla has over 12 years of deep-rooted experience implementing mission-critical projects within the central institutions industry, and is accustomed to working in complex, project-based environments. Her multifaceted experience spans turnaround strategy, operational effectiveness, management competency, PMO, product management and strategy, and ensuring alignment between technical and business requirements throughout implementation. She holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Management and an Honours degree in Business and Financial Management. As Head of Product Management and Solution Delivery, Camilla formed part of the team that designed and developed an Instant Payments System now sold and implemented worldwide.
